This Giant Sushi Drift Project is a limited-time exhibition created by Osaka Canvas in Japan. By using the river as the display platform and combining Osaka’s historical connection to conveyor belt sushi, it becomes an eye-catching and engaging art installation. The creators have meticulously crafted these oversized sushi pieces using special materials. You can see realistic-looking salmon nigiri, tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) sushi, cucumber sushi rolls, and more, all drifting down the Dotonbori River like little boats.
