The semi-melted cheese tart brand “Pablo” originated in Osaka, Japan, in 2011. In just a few years, it has become one of Japan’s most beloved dessert brands. It was even ranked as the third most popular queue-worthy dessert shop in Japan by the TV show “Golden Legend,” making it a must-try dessert for many Taiwanese tourists visiting Japan.

PABLO is famous for its freshly baked semi-melted cheese tarts, which feature a rich yet not cloying texture. The monthly limited-edition flavors also bring delightful surprises that have won over many customers. This Taipei Railway Station branch is its second overseas location after its May opening in South Korea. During the opening period, PABLO is offering several promotions: on opening day, customers who meet the minimum spending requirement can exchange for a double-walled glass cup (limited to 200); for any takeaway purchase regardless of amount, each customer can receive a NT$500 celebration voucher (limited to 500).
