The Taipei Grand Mayfull Hotel, invested in by Mayfull Enterprise with an investment exceeding [amount], commenced its trial operation on January 9, 2016. Located just a ten-minute drive from Songshan Airport, it serves as a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers. Spanning a land area of 3,600 pyeong, the building features an elegant European architectural style. With an average room rate of NT$14,000, it outshines the Mandarin Oriental, Taipei which opened in 2014 on Dunhua North Road, aiming to become Taiwan’s first locally branded international luxury hospitality destination.

Standing on the riverside of Da-Zhi in Taipei City, with two domes drawing graceful lines against the skyline, the Grand Mayfull Hotel overlooks the urban area of Taipei with elegance and grandeur. With neoclassical style as the main theme of its architectural design, 16-meter-high Roman columns dominate all sides, integrating the symbol of prosperity in Eastern culture—the peony—crafted by hand from copper. The flower's journey from shy bud to full bloom is subtly interpreted throughout this magnificent 25-story building.

The hotel offers a total of 146 luxurious guest rooms, five meticulously designed themed restaurants and bars, a pillar-free banquet hall with a soaring 7-meter ceiling, as well as leisure facilities such as an outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna. The Grand Mayfull Hotel draws inspiration from the Taiwanese spirit and is guided by international standards. By blending diverse cultures and continuously refining its offerings, it successfully crafts an unparalleled and exquisite experience of happiness.

In terms of dining and banquets, the Grand Mayfull Hotel houses five restaurants, one grand ballroom, and two clubs. The buffet at "Colorful Confluence" starts at NT$1,500 per person for lunch and NT$2,000 per person for dinner. These price points are relatively high compared to the consumption levels of Taiwan’s hotel restaurant market, offering top-tier luxury experiences. It is expected that after its official opening in April 2016, the hotel will deliver impressive revenue performance.
