With the Spring Festival approaching, the Qigu Salt Mountain in Tainan is currently showcasing a giant statue of the Love God, creating the most unforgettable happiness hotspot of 2016. The Qigu Salt Mountain always delivers “big” surprises—before the Love God, it displayed the country’s largest dynamic Maneki-neko, making Qigu Salt Mountain one of the year’s most eye-catching attractions.

The previously exhibited dynamic Maneki-neko measured 6 meters long, 8 meters wide, and 6 meters high, and was moved to the ground earlier this year. Though it no longer towers above as strikingly, its super-cute appearance still draws many visitors for photos. Fans who missed seeing the Maneki-neko display can seize the chance to pay homage to the Love God—and also capture the Maneki-neko while you’re there.
