Japan’s well-known outlet brand “Mitsui Outlet” is expected to officially open in Linkou on January 27, 2016. Located near the Taoyuan Airport MRT, the mall spans around 20,000 pyeong and is designed with the concept of an overseas resort, aiming to provide consumers with the feel of a foreign holiday. To let everyone experience the joy of shopping early, Mitsui Outlet Linkou has been in soft launch from the 21st to the 25th, attracting many fans who have already made early pilgrimages. However, as the official opening has not yet taken place, currently only about 40% of the brand stores are open, while restaurants are at 80%.

To make it more convenient for consumers to visit, Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou has planned four free shuttle bus routes, including“Linkou City Route and Guishan Chang Gung Route”, which will operate on both weekdays and holidays. The shuttle service runs from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with peak hours on holidays (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) having a frequency of every ten minutes. The other two routes,“Sanchong Luzhou Route and Zhonghe Banqiao Route”, will operate on holidays and on January 27 for the opening from January 23 to March 31. The “Sanchong Luzhou Route” can be accessed at Taipei Bridge MRT Station and Sanchong Elementary School Station, and the “Zhonghe Banqiao Route” can be accessed at Nanshihjiao or Xinpeng MRT Stations. Adjustments to routes and frequencies will be made at the end of March based on operational conditions.
