Have you decided where to go during the nine-day Lunar New Year holiday? The Lantan Musical Fountain in Chiayi City, which cost NT$16 million to build and aims to be Taiwan’s largest permanent water dance performance, is set to open on February 3rd. With water jets reaching up to 50 meters high, 35 jets, and 8 different shows synchronized with lights and music, plus the elegantly designed “Moon Shadow over Tranquil Lake,” it is expected to become a new Lunar New Year attraction in the Yunlin–Chiayi–Tainan area.
