Located in Zhongpu Township, Chiayi County, "Green Win Ranch" not only offers families a chance to take a nature walk and get up close with animals like dairy cows and sheep, but has recently also designed a butterfly observation house inspired by birdwatching shelters. Unlike typical butterfly net rooms found on farms, Green Win Ranch believes that butterfly viewing should be done without disturbing the butterflies — hence this one-of-a-kind structure was created.

The walls of the butterfly observation house are made up of circular pipes of various sizes, creating different light and shadow effects throughout the day. In the center of the wall, there's a large cross-shaped opening. During winter holidays, Green Win Ranch turns on colorful lights in the evening, transforming the butterfly observation house into a magical light church. The stunning view is unforgettable. Aligned with sunset timing, the Winter Light event is expected to run until the end of February. Additionally, in preparation for the upcoming spring butterfly season, Green Win Ranch has planted numerous nectar plants around the butterfly observation house. For those wanting to capture beautiful photos of the butterfly house, the best time is between 5 and 6 p.m.
