Affected by the cold front, cherry blossoms across Taiwan continue to bloom. For an easy and relaxing cherry blossom viewing experience, consider taking the MRT to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Over 200 cherry trees throughout the memorial hall grounds are blooming one after another this spring, and some plum blossoms can also be seen, creating beautiful scenery that captivates domestic and international tourists alike.

The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is one of the must-visit attractions for foreign tourists coming to Taiwan. Many people are impressed by the main building of the memorial hall, the Liberty Square archway, and the National Theater and National Concert Hall on either side. However, the landscaped gardens surrounding the hall are rarely mentioned — and the cherry blossom beauty lies within these serene gardens. Currently, both pink mountain cherry blossoms and pink plum blossoms can be admired. Be sure to visit during the blooming season.
