Where can you find Taiwan’s most beautiful night view? A photographer captured what is being called “the farthest night view in Taiwan” — seen from Yushan’s North Peak at night, gazing 130 kilometers away to Penghu. The island of Penghu, situated on the other side of the dark sea, glows brightly on the water, creating an unbelievably stunning sight.

This night view photo of “Penghu 130 kilometers away from Yushan’s North Peak” was taken by photographer Hamichat after climbing Yushan, capturing the view westward from Yushan’s North Peak. You can clearly see the night lights stretching across Chiayi on Taiwan’s west coast, and beyond the coastline, the night view of Penghu. The lights appear in a long strip shape amid the darkness.
