Wisteria Blooms in Taipei Too！ The wisteria at Taipei Flower Village has quietly begun to blossom—get ready to welcome the warmth of spring！

Situated along Yanping North Road in Shilin, Taipei, Taipei Flower Village was once a dusty gravel pit. In 2003, "Village Chief" Ah Ding, who originally worked in the construction industry, wanted to help create a better environment for flower farmers and provide everyone with a more wonderful natural experience. After careful planning, Taipei Flower Village transformed from a former gravel site—through planting flowers, trees, and with loving care and dedicated management—into a space that now features facilities such as an orchid shop, garden plant sales area, materials center, café, and restaurant. It has become a vibrant Taipei Flower Village bursting with floral fragrance and dappled green light.

Today, the lush green lawns, hundreds of tall toyon trees, and the gentle breeze from the Keelung River, under the azure sky, together with the continuous green mountains across the river, create a vision of childhood within the city. It’s currently the peak blooming period for the wisteria in the park. The blooming season is brief, lasting only about a month. Taipei Flower Village has also launched a Wisteria Flower Season event, inviting everyone to seize the moment to come and admire the blossoms, and to experience the beautiful spring scenery of Taipei.
