Emirates, connecting global travelers and destinations, is currently the first and only airline in Taiwan offering A380 passenger services. The A380 has replaced the previous B777-300ER aircraft, operating daily two-class A380 scheduled flights on the Taipei–Dubai route, which can carry 615 passengers, including 58 fully flat-bed business class seats and 557 spacious economy class seats, representing a significant 44% increase in capacity.

Emirates’ Executive Vice President also explained: “We are very pleased that Taipei has become an A380 destination for Emirates, giving us more opportunities to introduce Taiwanese travelers to the innovative and unique services on board the A380. Taiwanese travelers also have more chances to connect via Dubai to Emirates’ 39 European destinations, including A380 services to cities such as France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and Spain.”

To celebrate the launch of A380 passenger services, Emirates will offer Taiwanese travelers discounted fares starting from NT$11,380* for flights to famous European cities such as London and Paris on the A380. The promotional ticketing period runs from now until May 31. Additionally, the first 380 Skywards Taiwan members to purchase tickets will receive an extra 2,000 bonus miles on their next flight to Dubai.

Passengers on Emirates A380 can enjoy the ice in-flight entertainment system, which offers over 2,500 channels, watch the latest Hollywood blockbusters, or listen to popular tracks from top Taiwanese singers. Additionally, the aircraft provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a variety of gourmet meals. As for checked baggage, Emirates allows economy class passengers 30 kg and business class passengers 40 kg, enhancing the flying experience for everyone.
