Despite having only one item on the menu, Ichiran Ramen, which is popular among both Japanese people and foreign tourists, captured the hearts of the Japanese public with its secret sauce and customizable flavors, standing out among the top 10 ramen chains as the most beloved ramen.

In second place was Marugame Seimen, which also has branches in Taiwan. Its “Kamaboko-free Kake Udon” received 3,864 votes, winning praise for letting diners enjoy the original wheat flavor of udon. The shop’s other à la carte toppings were also very popular.

In third place was Ringer Hut’s “Vegetable-Packed Power Men,” which earned 3,636 votes. It features a nutritious mix of seven types of vegetables, meat, and seafood to balance daily nutritional needs. The generous pile of domestically grown vegetables proved especially popular among Japanese women.
