High-Speed Rail Nangang Station officially begins service on July 1, with ticket sales starting on June 4. In addition, to help passengers become familiar with the station’s various facilities ahead of time, from June 4 to 30, the non-paid area of Nangang Station will be open for free visits daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The paid area inside the fare gates and the platform area can also be reserved for guided tours.

From June 4 to 29, High-Speed Rail Nangang Station will arrange special guided tours in the paid area inside the fare gates and the platform area at four specific times each day: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. To ensure the quality of the visit experience, a “pre-registration” and “group entry and exit” system will be used. Members of the public can sign up starting June 3 through the High-Speed Rail customer service center.

After its opening, High-Speed Rail Nangang Station becomes the northernmost station on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail and the third three-rail integrated station in the north. It will effectively alleviate congestion at Taipei Station, allowing passengers to more conveniently travel to areas such as Neihu, Nangang, Xizhi, and even Keelung and Yilan. After the July 1 opening, the high-speed rail timetable will also be adjusted. Passengers planning to travel by high-speed rail should take note.
