Zhongli’s new attraction “Bagua Mountain Skywalk” has officially opened, spanning 1,005 meters in total. Starting from the square behind the Great Buddha of Bagua Mountain, the walkway passes through the ecological park of the Great Buddha Scenic Area, the National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine, the baseball stadium, and the Arts High School, and finally reaches the National Changhua Living Art Museum. It takes adults about 15 minutes to walk the entire route.

The Bagua Mountain Skywalk is the longest skywalk in Taiwan. Constructed with lightweight steel frames and featuring a grid-style linear design, it winds along the mountain terrain. The highest point of the walkway reaches 16 meters, while most sections are between 6 to 7 meters high. With its gentle slope suitable for all ages, visitors can stroll along the skywalk and enjoy the natural scenery of Bagua Mountain.

From now until August 28, every Saturday and Sunday at 4 PM, an “Ecology of the Bagua Mountain Skywalk” guided tour will be held at the entrance of the skywalk in the Great Buddha Scenic Area. This allows visitors to enjoy the panoramic views of Bagua Mountain and experience a green journey filled with the scent of phytoncides. Additionally, the Changhua County Tourism Guide & Interpretation Association is organizing “Mini Trips to Bagua Mountain” every Saturday and Sunday from July 16 to August 28. Participants will gather at Changhua Railway Station at 8:30 AM, and enjoy guided tours of various city attractions. Everyone is invited to join in this mini adventure.
