Situated next to Dihua Sports Park and stretching across Huannan North Road to beyond the embankment, the Dihua Riverfront Overlook Platform boasts a spectacular view of the Tamsui River. In the vicinity are also the Bao’an Temple, Taipei Expo Park, and the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. After resting or engaging in outdoor activities, visitors can head to the overlook platform to unwind and take in the panoramic beauty of the riverside park.

The main structure of the Dihua Riverfront Overlook Platform is built with reinforced concrete columns and steel framing. The railings are made of steel and tempered glass. The overall color scheme is white-based, with the entire platform featuring suspended curved steel cables and nighttime lighting, creating a new iconic entrance image for western Taipei.
