Universal Studios Japan is celebrating its 15th anniversary with the theme “RE-BOOOOOOOORN (Emerging Anew)! Come on, let’s party hard and be reborn!” and a lineup of wildly fun attractions. New rides and activities for all ages are rolling out, including the much-anticipated ‘UNIVERSAL JUMP SUMMER’ in collaboration with Weekly Shōnen Jump (Shueisha), the mischievous “Water Festival” ‘WATER RE-BOOOOOOOORN Party,’ and ‘Minion COOL TIME!’—a host of summer events packed with 15th-anniversary “over-the-top” elements to deliver an exciting holiday season.

Universal Studios Japan has always offered diverse themes, and this time it’s joining forces with the world’s leading manga magazine, Weekly Shōnen Jump (Shueisha), in an ultimate collaboration titled ‘UNIVERSAL JUMP SUMMER.’ This event transforms iconic shōnen manga into high-quality entertainment experiences, gathering legendary titles beloved across generations, including “Dragon Ball,” “Death Note,” and the massively popular “One Piece.”
Legendary works spanning generations will come together.
Additionally, there will be an exhibition of popular Weekly Shōnen Jump titles, featuring valuable original manuscripts and design materials directly from the authors, optical illusion art, and classic series.

Meanwhile, the park’s ‘WATER RE-BOOOOOOOORN Party’ will feature the popular character Minions™. Unlike previous years, this year’s party features waterfall-like water flows, where guests of all ages can engage in thrilling water battles using water guns to counter powerful jets from cannons, getting soaked alongside the Minions. A dedicated “kids’ zone” is also set up, ensuring families can enjoy the ultimate “RE-BOOOOOOOORN” experience even in the scorching summer heat.
