"Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou," which started with nougat, invested heavily in building the "Puli Presidential Palace." It is the third leisure venue following the Tucheng Nougat Museum and the Daxi Love Story Museum. The idea for the "Presidential Palace" came from General Manager Qiu Yirong and his wife Tseng Tsui-na, who realized that in the eyes of loved ones, everyone is number one and the best. They wanted visitors to understand that being a "president" is not just a title but also represents being the best, encouraging everyone to pursue their dreams bravely.

It took Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou seven years to establish the Puli Presidential Palace, presenting visitors with a uniquely striking appearance. The main building’s exterior adopts a European architectural design, resembling a European castle that complements the fragrant flowers of Puli. The castle’s walls feature hand-carved washed stone surfaces and stone slab cladding — a first for Puli.

The Presidential Palace is themed around the concept of a presidency, including Taiwan’s only restrooms designed with chess and international chess motifs. On the first floor, there is a nougat sales area, a presidential cake specialty zone, and a freshly baked goods section. In addition to well-known in-house products like nougat and wedding cakes from Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou, new items have been developed to match the theme.
