Due to commercial considerations and capacity adjustment planning, V Air announced that the Taipei-Haneda and Taipei-Ibaraki routes will be suspended starting September 20, 2016. Passengers who have already booked tickets should pay attention to the follow-up arrangements.

V Air’s follow-up ticket handling solutions:
1. Prioritize assisting passengers in transferring their original scheduled bookings to China Airlines Taipei-Narita flights (with preference given to the same-day flight or the nearest available flight) within the group.
2. Offer unconditional full refunds (including airfare, additional service fees, airport taxes, and handling fees, etc.).
The V Air customer service system has immediately sent out email notifications regarding flight changes to passengers based on the contact information left during booking. Passengers are advised to pay close attention and apply for ticket refunds via the online form or proactively inform the customer service center of their preferred option.
