The "Taipei Riverside Kids' Fun Festival" will take place from August 20 to 28 around the Hope Fountain at Dajia Riverside Park. The event includes water activities such as "Spider-Man Trampoline," "Hand-Paddled Boats," "Water Bicycles," "Four-Seater Pedal Boats," "Rowboats," and "Dinosaur vs. Godzilla Water Slides," as well as land activities like "Giant Book Storytelling" and "momo TV Hosts' Dance Party," plus the "Water Iron Man" performance, bringing a perfect end to a fun-filled summer vacation.

Tourism and Travel Bureau Director Jane Yuyan stated that the "Taipei Riverside Kids' Fun Festival" offers numerous water activities. To ensure safety, there will be 10 lifeguards on site and a first-aid station. Each session of the water attractions is limited to 300 participants, with 150 spots available for online registration and the rest for on-site sign-up. After checking in, participants wear colorful wristbands to enter. Parents who do not enter the water do not need to register for a wristband. There are no attendance limits for land activities or live performances.
Additionally, the internationally popular "Water Iron Man" makes its debut along the Keelung River. Powered by jet skis, the Iron Man soars above the Keelung River against a clear blue sky, creating a stunning spectacle. Visitors who want to watch up close can head to the event at 11:00, 11:45, and 13:00 on August 20, and 13:00, 14:45, and 15:00 on August 21. Each performance lasts about 15 minutes.

The festival venue, Dajia Riverside Park, is designed with family-friendly water activities in mind. The park also features free splash zones, children's sand play areas, and games. Next to Exit 8, there is a bicycle rental station where visitors can rent bicycles, hand-tricycles, and four-wheelers. Riding a bike on a summer breeze, you can explore the Songshan Rainbow Bridge, Raohe Street Night Market, or the Shizitou Wetlands, extending your itinerary for a full day of riverside adventure and enjoying the vibrant summer.
