It will begin trial operations on October 8, 2016, with reservations starting on October 5. Reservation methods include on-site waiting and online booking. On-site waiting numbers for the day are distributed starting at 11:00 AM (until all are given out), which is expected to spark another wave of queuing enthusiasm among Gudetama fans eager to be the first to try it.

The issuance of numbers is also related to dining time limits, with time slots at 11:00, 12:40, 14:20, 16:00, 17:40, and 19:20. Reservations are held for 10 minutes.
