To celebrate the 11th anniversary of the "Xinshe Flower Sea," this year's flower sea exhibition area adopts a "peacock-shaped" theme, combined with six exciting themed pavilions. The total planting area of the "Xinshe Flower Sea" spans nearly 50 hectares, with the flower sea landscape area covering approximately 30 hectares, presenting an ecologically rich and spectacularly dazzling land landscape.

This year’s flower sea design breaks from tradition, using the field sections as units and featuring a brand-new visual concept based on the shape of a peacock. The main exhibition area includes a three-dimensional floral decoration inspired by the peacock’s head, an earth-eye installation artwork, and a flower wall representing the peacock’s plumage. The 22-hectare flower sea landscape area showcases the peacock’s vibrant, colorful feathers through large-scale sowing of cosmos, rapeseed, and cosmos sulphureus, accented by themed pavilions.

This year’s event centers around the peacock. In the "main exhibition area," the peacock’s head is crafted into a three-dimensional floral installation, while its body feathers spread out across the 22-hectare "flower sea landscape area" created with cosmos, rapeseed, and cosmos sulphureus. Themed pavilions are interspersed throughout, producing a grand visual effect that extends from the pavilions to the flower fields. Additionally, a "refined flower area" is planned, displaying vivid and colorful patterns through geometric designs.

The six themed pavilions are: Agri-Tourism Taichung Pavilion, Bear Loves Forest Pavilion, Rural Harvest Pavilion, Health Guardian Pavilion, Agri-Tech Shines – Grooming & Ripening Pavilion, and Youthful Taro Pavilion.

On-site registration: On the day of the event, participants who wear/carry any attire or accessories related to "weddings" such as suits, dresses, veils, flower girls... and take a photo to check in at Xinshe Flower Sea on Facebook will receive a beautiful gift.
Online registration: Starting November 5, 2015, participants can register for the picnic event via the official website; groups of two or more are eligible to sign up.
