The popular French picture book characters Lisa and Gaspard are coming to Taiwan for a special exhibition in December, showcasing their creations over 17 years. Everyone can join Lisa and Gaspard on a journey through their daily life in France and explore their simple and adorable children's artwork.

This special exhibition will followthe footsteps of Lisa and Gaspard, starting from the Arc de Triomphe, first heading to the majestic Louvre to admire paintings, experiencing the literary atmosphere at the century-old Shakespeare and Company bookstore, enjoying afternoon tea by the leisurely Seine River, shopping to your heart’s content on the fashionable Champs-Élysées, and finally arriving at the romantic Eiffel Tower to take in the French night scenery. The exhibition area is very French-themed, like a little Paris, making it hard to leave.

The Lisa and Gaspard picture books showcase brushwork that differs from typical picture books—simple style, vivid colors, and heartwarming stories. They are not only loved by children but also touch the hearts of adults. For this special exhibition in Taiwan, the authors spent two months specially creating “exhibition-exclusive original manuscript drawings” that are being exclusively unveiled at the exhibition. These are definitely rare masterpieces you shouldn't miss.
