Typhoon Tokage (No. 25, international name: TOKAGE) is a weak typhoon. Its center is located at 14.6°N, 117.1°E, lingering over the South China Sea and moving in a north-northwest direction. The radius of the area experiencing winds of force 7 is 100 kilometers. It is currently estimated that the probability of it affecting Taiwan is low.

With the arrival of the northeastern monsoon, apart from a sudden drop in temperature, the weather bureau has also issued a special strong wind warning for inland areas. This wave of northeastern monsoon is accompanied by rain, resulting in wetter weather across the northern and eastern parts. On November 27, temperatures under the influence of Tokage will drop as low as 17°C. The impact of the northeastern monsoon will weaken on November 29.
