Hello Kitty Run 2017 will be held in Taipei in March, with the venue set at the Luzih Music Plaza in New Taipei City. In addition to the basic “3KM Fun Run” and “5KM Dynamic Run” short-distance categories, the event features four main themes: healthy living, interactive experiences, playful fun, and dynamic music, creating a fun-filled playground for Kitty fans.

Produced under the supervision of Sanrio Taiwan, the high-quality participant gear is one of the highlights of Hello Kitty Run. For the 2017 Taipei event, a series of sweet, playful, and stylish Hello Kitty-themed running accessories have been introduced, turning every participating fan into a trendy runner.
The “3KM Fun Run” and “5KM Dynamic Run” distance categories come with five shared basic items each, along with their own exclusive gear. The finisher medals are not only highly commemorative but can also be transformed into fashionable accessories — a must-have classic collectible. After the run, participants can use their finisher medals to enter the Hello Kitty Happy Carnival, where a variety of carnival games and DIY activities will keep runners entertained for hours.

Beyond the race, the event also features a running experience zone, fun carnival games, a market, and the grand finale — the “Hello Kitty Sweet Dynamic Party” following the “5KM Dynamic Run.” As the evening beats with dynamic rhythms, celebrities, DJs, and Hello Kitty lead everyone in enjoying music and dance. There’s even a chance to get up close and personal with Hello Kitty for a dance-off, making this a unique, energetic, and sweet-themed party woven together with health, sweetness, interaction, and music — offering a whole new Hello Kitty Run experience.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Sanrio family member — Cinnamoroll the fluffy dog. Hello Kitty has invited Cinnamoroll to join the run and lead everyone in the warm-up exercises. The running route will also feature a Hello Kitty-themed inflatable obstacle experience zone, allowing everyone to enjoy a dynamic and sweet new adventure.

* Prices are the same for adults and children, both include one participant pack.
* Children aged three or below are free but do not receive a participant pack. They must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must register and pay to participate.
