The Prince Hotel is set to make its first entry into Nagoya, a key transportation hub between Tokyo and Osaka. With the upcoming opening of the Chuo Shinkansen, a high-speed rail line connecting Tokyo and Nagoya at speeds of up to 500 km/h and expected to become the fastest in the world, Nagoya is gaining increasing attention. The new Prince Hotel will be located on floors 31 to 36 of the “GLOBAL GATE,” a commercial and office complex. The hotel will feature 170 guest rooms, as well as various facilities including restaurants, a club bar, a fitness center, and a business center, offering guests the joy of expansive high-floor views.

This spring, several hotels have reopened after renovation, including Tokyo Prince Hotel, Hakone Lake Ashi Royal Prince Hotel in Kanagawa, Atami Prince Hotel in Kanagawa, and Hakodate Hotel in Hokkaido. These properties have added facilities such as hot springs, spas, exclusive bars, and have reopened their member clubs, further enhancing the quality of accommodation and entertainment.

The much-loved cherry blossom season in Taiwan is just around the corner. The Prince Hotel recommends famous cherry blossom viewing spots across Japan and provides convenient travel and accommodation suggestions for cherry blossom chasers visiting Japan:
[Kyoto Cherry Blossom Spot] Shimogamo Shrine (about 15 minutes by car from The Prince Hotel)
Officially named “Kamo-mioya-jinja,” it features two main halls on the east and west sides, both designated as national treasures. In early April during the cherry blossom season, pink cherry blossoms contrast beautifully with the vermilion torii gate.
[Otsu Cherry Blossom Spot] Biwako Sosui Canal (about 15 minutes by car from The Prince Hotel)
The Biwako Sosui Canal was originally built to supply Kyoto with drinking water, irrigation, water transport, and hydroelectric power. It is also one of Otsu’s top cherry blossom viewing spots. The annual nighttime illumination event is highly recommended. The best viewing period is early to late April.
[Hiroshima Cherry Blossom Spot] Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (about 20 minutes by car from The Prince Hotel)
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is a vast park located in the city center of Hiroshima, built near the atomic bomb site to pray for eternal world peace. Surrounded by rivers and greenery, the park boasts a beautiful environment with about 300 cherry trees blooming in the season. The best viewing period is late March to early April.
