The Taoyuan Airport MRT officially opened on March 2 after a one-month trial operation. To encourage more people to use the airport MRT, a 50% discount on fares will be offered for the first month after opening, lasting until April 1. After the official launch, operating hours run daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Between A1 and A13 stations, direct and regular trains have an average interval of 7.5 minutes, while between A14a and A21 stations, only regular trains operate, averaging every 15 minutes. During the trial period, it was observed that the MRT has replaced some travel methods such as highway buses and taxis, and it is expected that this substitution rate could reach 25% to 40% after the official opening.

★ Seniors aged 65 and above, individuals holding disability certificates/proof, and one accompanying person can enjoy an additional 50% off on already discounted single journey tickets, EasyCard senior cards, Love cards, Love Companion cards, iPASS senior cards, and Care/Companion cards.
★ Children’s discount: An additional 20% off (total 60% off) for children aged 6 (inclusive) to under 12. Proof of age is required to purchase discounted children’s single journey tickets at station inquiry desks. Children under 6 may ride free of charge.
★ 30-day, 60-day, 90-day period passes: Available for sale at stations starting late March, usable starting April 2 at original pricing.
★ Group tickets: Available for sale at stations starting April 2. Groups of 10 or more entering and exiting together receive a 20% discount.
