The world is full of all kinds of wonders, and beyond natural landscapes, man-made attractions are equally extraordinary. Located in Sopot, Poland, there is an extremely irregularly shaped building – the Funny House (Krzywy Domek), whose appearance is as distorted as if seen in a funhouse mirror, standing out strikingly on an ordinary street and completely flipping everyone's visual expectations. The Krzywy Domek was designed by architect Szotynscy Zaleski, drawing inspiration from fairy tale illustrators Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg. Completed in 2004, the Funny House covers an area of approximately 4,000 square meters (43,000 square feet) and is part of the Rezydent Hotel.
