Situated in a valley at an altitude of 670 meters on Yangmingshan, Zhuzihu was originally a volcanic barrier lake. After the lake receded, it left behind fertile soil, and the annual Calla Lily Season continues to draw crowds of visitors. In the Dinghu area of Zhuzihu lies a scenic park that offers a panoramic view and is shrouded in mist, resembling a fairy valley — the Mingyangpu Leisure Farm. Amidst the vast farmland stands a uniquely designed cottage that feels like stepping into an animated fantasy scene, and the farm’s most distinctive feature is its sunflower-themed wooden cabin. While the farm is primarily known for its calla lily fields, it also cultivates a variety of flowers throughout the seasons, offering different experiences in both sunny and rainy weather — especially poetic when veiled in mist.
