The site has been privately owned for over 10 years and has never been open to the public in a tourism capacity until recent years. It is said that when the landowner, who developed this park, was meditating here, they heard a heavenly sound resembling “Hancinay,” hence the name. What sets this park apart from other forested areas is its landscape design, which incorporates elements of Tai Chi, the Eight Trigrams, the Four Symbols, and the Two Principles. Coupled with the frequent mountain mist, the park exudes an air of mystique.
