The Alishan Forest Railway Garage Park serves as the home base for Alishan’s iconic trains, housing a variety of locomotives and depot equipment. Visitors can see several retired steam locomotives, diesel engines, power cars, passenger and freight cars, as well as a rotating turntable used to reorient train engines — making it feel like a large-scale railway museum.
