The plot follows Yihan (played by Jian Zixuan), a Taiwanese woman who works at a call center in Taipei. After falling in love with a Japanese man online, she quits her stable job and moves to Japan. The Great East Japan Earthquake shocks the world, and Yihan receives a message on Facebook from a Japanese boy named “Mogi.” It turns out that Mogi (played by Nakano Yuuta) was moved by Taiwan’s wholehearted support after the disaster and mustered the courage to send messages to several Taiwanese people to express his gratitude. Yihan’s reply marked the beginning of their fateful connection.
