With the rare six-day Spring Festival holiday, it’s the perfect time to head out and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. Seven of the most stunning flower seas in Hualien are now at their most beautiful, set against blue skies, white clouds, layered mountains, and various artistic installations. Don’t miss this chance to come and admire them.

1. Fengrong Farmers' Association Flower Sea
Organized by the Fengrong District Farmers' Association, the cosmos flower sea is now at its most beautiful moment. Yellow, pink, and orange cosmos flowers create a vibrant carpet on the ground, complemented by the distant mountains and blue sky, offering a truly refreshing view. The blooming period is expected to last until around February.

2. Fenghua Revival Pavilion Flower Sea
Located in Shoufeng Township, the Fenghua Revival Pavilion Flower Sea features a main visual of a peacock spreading its tail made from various flowers—the most eye-catching art installation. Though not very large, the flower sea uses dozens of flowers to weave a beautiful field, enhanced by a nearby windmill, creating a scene that feels like Europe. The flower sea is expected to last until after the New Year. Don’t forget to visit the nearby Yunshan Water after viewing the flowers to enjoy the beautiful lake scenery!

3. Danong Dafu Flower Sea
The Danong Dafu area, beautiful all year round, not only has the TAIWAN installation for photos but also offers large thematic flower seas to enjoy. There’s also a hidden gem in the Danong Dafu area—a private cycling path that goes through a maple forest tunnel. Even though the autumn leaves have fallen, it still has its own unique charm and is worth a visit.

4. Yuli Railway Bridge Flower Sea
Located under the Yuli Railway Bridge, the pink cosmos flower sea complements the fiery red railway bridge. The natural scenery, with its layers from near to far, is captivating and makes people want to linger. Additionally, trains passing over the bridge from time to time make it a popular spot for train enthusiasts to take photos.

5. Yuli 193 County Road Flower Sea
During the fallow period, many farmers take the opportunity to sow large areas, creating golden rapeseed flower seas. If you walk along the 193 County Road or Provincial Highway 9, you can enjoy the beautiful golden scenery.

6. Ruisui Tropic of Cancer Flower Sea
The Ruisui Tropic of Cancer Flower Sea is arguably the most heartwarming flower sea. Initiated by overseas Hualien natives, large areas of seeds were sown at the Tropic of Cancer, with yellow rapeseed flowers and red and pink cosmos flowers complementing each other, adding more vibrant colors to the Tropic of Cancer.

7. Fuli Farmers' Association
Although there are still flower seas, this year the Fuli Farmers' Association has created nearly 10 large, vivid sand sculptures, along with artistic installations showcasing rural life, making it stand out among Hualien’s various flower seas.
