Santouka Ramen Now Available in Tainan – Tainan Dayeh Takashimaya Store Opens on June 27

Originating from Asahikawa in Hokkaido, Santouka Ramen landed in Taiwan in 2012. Currently, there are three outlets in Taipei, one in Taichung, and the latest news is that Santouka is set to expand into Tainan. The new location will be on the 6th floor of Tainan Dayeh Takashimaya (Seiko Branch), with an expected opening date of June 27.
Established in 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Japan, Santouka expanded to Taiwan in 2012 and currently has over 51 branches nationwide in Japan and globally. The signature feature of Santouka’s broth is its rich, milky-white soup made by simmering pork bones, vegetables, and dried fish.
