Now featuring Hokkaido cheese delivered fresh from Japan – the Hakurei Warm Salad from HuauQ Farm is simply irresistible!

"HuauQ Farm," a popular flagship store founded by Japanese TV personality and "TV Champion" host Yasutaka Tanaka, operates two restaurants in Japan (the Hokkaido main store and Chitose Airport) and three souvenir shops. Its first Taiwan outlet, named "HuauQ Farm Café," began trial operations in June. The No. 1 best-selling dish from HuauQ Farm, the Hakurei Warm Salad, is now also available in Taiwan.

The Hakurei Warm Salad (NT$280) is made with seasonal vegetables blanched to perfection, tossed in a chef’s special cheese sauce crafted from a trio of award-winning cheeses: Emmental (Hakurei), Gouda, and Camembert. Just before serving, it's topped with melted Emmental cheese flown directly from Hokkaido, freshly melted in the “Cheese Grill.” A similar preparation is used for the Hakurei Fries (NT$200).

Also available is the Champion Cheese Triple Noodles (NT$260), another crowd favorite in Japan. The noodles are first stir-fried with Camembert, then mixed in a specially prepared bowl of Gouda, before being transferred onto a heated iron plate and finished with a generous sprinkle of Emmental cheese – delivering all three cheeses in one delicious dish.
