Visiting Japan and hunting down snacks, cosmetics, and electronics is a staple for many tourists. When paired with themed campaigns, limited-edition merchandise often leads to massive buying sprees. The latest hot topic in Japan is a limited-edition slime-shaped eye drop. With the July 29 release of the latest Dragon Quest game bundled with a PS4 console, Rohto eye drops jumped on the trend early by launching super-cooling eye drops in a slime design. These eye drops quickly became a hot commodity upon release.
