Originating in Japan, “Kyushu Pancake Café” has specially collaborated with the Kyushu Pancake Japanese cuisine team to develop a new exclusive Taiwanese delight – the “Curry Series,” featuring four brand-new dishes: Kyushu Special Moonview Pork Curry, Kyushu Grilled Rich Cheese Chicken Curry, Kyushu Premium Chicken & Vegetable Curry, and Kyushu Seasonal Vegetable Curry. While retaining the classic flavor of Japanese curry, the series also incorporates carefully selected local Taiwanese ingredients. Specified Taiwan Koshihikari rice is used, paired with freshly simmered curry sauce that skillfully utilizes a rich variety of spices to create a uniquely Taiwanese tropical-inspired flavor.

Kyushu Pancake’s commitment to quality extends not only to ingredients but also to tableware. The deliciously simmered curry dishes are served in wave-patterned Karatsu-yaki pottery from Nagasaki, Japan. The “Curry Series” dishes are now available in limited quantities at Kyushu Pancake Taipei Fuxing Store and Songshan Tobacco Factory Store, with single servings priced between NT$270 and NT$290.

Kyushu Pancake’s pork curry follows a modified traditional recipe, using finely minced tender pork, an exclusive spice blend, fresh onions, and a curry sauce simmered from a variety of fruits and vegetables. It is carefully stirred and simmered over low heat until the sauce thickens.

Seasonal vegetables, premium chicken thigh cutlets, and a specially crafted curry sauce made from various fruits and vegetables are evenly blended. A generous layer of soft, flavorful cheese is topped on top, then finished with a grilled touch to enhance both flavor and texture.
