Grand Hyatt Taipei’s popular buffet restaurant, Café Kaffe, has launched the “2016 Southeast Asian Summer Food Festival: Passionate Philippines.” From June 17 to 30, Executive Chefs Marc Perretta and Floyd Panges from Makati Dream Hotel in Manila will be guest chefs at Café Kaffe, serving up Filipino specialties such as beef stewed with tomatoes and vegetables. During the event period, diners can also receive raffle tickets for a chance to win a three-day, two-night free trip to Manila.
