Time to make a splash！Thailand’s largest water park opens with up to 50 attractions

For water fun in Thailand, Pattaya is a must-visit. In addition to its long stretches of beaches and the famous Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark, on May 5, 2016, Pattaya unveiled a brand-new water park — “RamaYana WaterPark,” spanning a total of 184,000 square meters, making it the largest water park in Thailand to date.

RamaYana WaterPark is a 25-minute drive from downtown Pattaya. The park has over 100 lifeguards on standby at all times to ensure visitor safety. Boasting high-spec construction, it features water slides made in Canada, and even its water supply comes from its own wells, meeting drinking water standards. Once inside, no additional fees are required for the attractions — only the entrance ticket is needed. Until October 16, an opening promotion is available, saving you 100–300 baht. Adult tickets are just 990 baht, child tickets 790 baht, and infants under 90 cm enter for free.

According to Thai local media reports, the average wait time for each attraction is about 6–10 minutes. The park offers over 50 attractions and facilities, including a 750-meter-long lazy river where you can lounge; ultra-long slides with 360-degree spins and free-fall thrills; plus you can ride inflatable rafts down the slides, racing friends and engaging in water gun battles; or four friends can hop on the Python & Aquaconda raft, which is system-controlled — the most thrilling part even bounces back up to 6 meters high.

Worried that these attractions might be too intense for children? There are also water play areas exclusively for kids. With soft flooring and gentle water sprays, two children’s zones ensure kids aged 3–14 can have fun all day. Beyond the exciting and cooling water rides, the park also features a water market, riverside scenery, elephant feeding, and captivating Thai cultural shows.
