A former flight attendant using the nickname “aphrodisiac” said she once encountered a female passenger who refused to speak directly to the cabin crew. “She would tell her husband first, and then he would tell us.” It turned out the woman didn’t want to speak to “servants,” and the flight attendant later refused to provide any service she requested until she spoke for herself.
