The Taebaek Sunflower Festival is Korea’s largest and longest-running sunflower event, featuring over a million sunflowers and cosmos flowers spread across flower fields covering more than 200,000 pyeong, where visitors can enjoy taking photos and participating in various hands-on activities.

Korea’s largest sunflower field is located in Gugwogo Village, Taebaek City, Gangwon Province, combining over 300 species of wildflowers and installation art to create a vibrant and magnificent floral landscape. In addition, there are guided tours, exhibitions, performances, food options, and related product sales, offering visitors not just flower viewing but also a variety of experiences.
