New American cuisine offerings include grilled American rack of lamb, red sauce grilled king prawns, oven-roasted American ribeye steak, and American-style barbecued pork ribs, all prepared with roasting techniques that lock in the juices. The executive chef’s special menu also features a variety of American dishes, such as Cajun-style grilled New Orleans salmon and New Orleans crab cakes inspired by the famous Southern U.S. Cajun cuisine, along with grilled organic vegetables, American-style fried chicken, and a chef’s special California-style salad.
