The 13th Urban Redevelopment Zone in Taichung City is located in the South and South District districts, encompassing the area bounded by Wenxin South 7th Road, Huancheng Middle Road, Jianguo North Road, and Xichuan 1st Road. Construction began progressively in February 2013, with the aim of creating public art and cultural landscapes to make this zone the first in Taichung to combine culture, art, and local characteristics. Below are the eight new scenic bridges developed in the 13th Redevelopment Zone.

Bridge 1: Yuyin Bridge
This bridge commemorates Zeng Yuyin, a philanthropic pioneer in local development during the Jiaqing era, and features a harp-style crown design symbolizing prosperity after the urban redevelopment.

Pilgrimage Bridge follows the historic path used during the annual Ma-tsu pilgrimage through 18 villages along the dry stream.

Bridge 3: Butterfly Dance Bridge
Butterfly Dance Bridge transforms the element of an ox yoke into butterfly wings.
