“Rolling Scoop” ice cream pop-up in Taichung coming soon – Limited 2-month concept store to open in July

The well-known ice cream brand “Rolling Scoop,” a pilgrimage site for visitors to Tainan, has announced it will be opening at Taichung’s Shin Kong Mitsukoshi The Mall from July 15 to September 4 — a special two-month-only run. Now, people in Taichung can enjoy the brand’s delicious ice cream without having to go all the way to Tainan.
Rolling Scoop previously held a one-month pop-up in Taipei in late 2015, attracting many curious visitors. Coinciding with the summer vacation season, the brand is now heading to the first floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi The Mall in Taichung to open a concept store, allowing central Taiwan residents to easily savor its unique ice cream flavors.
