New Landmark Shopping Destination in Hsinchu Unveiled: Mixed-Use Mall Connects to TRA and THSR Stations

The continuously growing residential population in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, has made the economic development potential of the Zhubei High-Speed Rail Special Zone even more promising. A company that has been deeply rooted in Hsinchu for over 30 years has invested NT$1 billion to create a landmark building that integrates commercial offices, accommodation, leisure, and shopping. Located in the commercial district of the THSR Zhubei Special Zone, it is the only mixed-use commercial building in Hsinchu directly connected to a high-speed rail station. The building officially commenced operations on the 27th.

The new mixed-use commercial complex is located in the business district of the THSR Zhubei Special Zone. It is just a few minutes' drive from the THSR Hsinchu Station and is also directly connected to Liujia Station on the TRA Neiwan Line branch. Thanks to the convenience of the high-speed rail, traveling to other areas is very easy.

The building stands nearly 100 meters tall, with 20 floors above ground and 4 below, constructed with SRC and RC materials. Floors 1 to 5 house the 6+ PLAZA shopping mall, floors 6 to 13 are designated for commercial office spaces, and floors 14 to 20 offer business travel, tourism accommodation, and dining services.
