The increasingly popular Sky Mirror salt lake in recent years is a hidden paradise, especially ideal to visit from April to October. Its vast, seemingly boundless lake surface, much like Bolivia’s Sky Mirror in South America, is pure as a mirror, reflecting the sky, white clouds, and visitors’ silhouettes, creating ever-changing scenery. The Sky Mirror currently sees few visitors, but seasoned travelers definitely have it on their must-visit list.

Located in the Southern Hemisphere, Australia’s seasons are opposite to those in the Northern Hemisphere. In autumn, maple leaves blanket the ground like golden carpets. The famous Sacred Heart Cathedral is the second-largest church in Australia, after Melbourne’s St Patrick’s Cathedral. Its majestic structure stands tall in the city center, with castle-like spires guiding travelers to its presence. The towering exterior, adorned with some Baroque-style ornate carvings, adds a sense of nobility to the cathedral.

The most vibrant and dynamic seaside in Victoria is undoubtedly the Phillip Island Penguin Reserve. Here, you can learn about penguins at the visitor center and understand their ecology, but the highlight is heading to the beach area to witness the spectacular sight of penguins marching back to their nests.

The adorable little fairy penguins returning from the sea to their burrows in neat formations resemble a human military parade—adorable and entertaining. Rows of penguins waddling up the beach make both adults and children smile.
