The temple was built in the late Qing Dynasty as accommodation for lay followers visiting the Daci Temple. Featuring a traditional Chinese courtyard layout with a unique structure, it seamlessly incorporates contemporary Western elements into a classic Chinese ancient building, making it one of Chengdu’s most stylish and cultural attractions.
