I can't miss out on making red envelopes every year, not even this one!! In addition to teaching how to attach the pig stickers, I've also added some more holistic designs to make the entire red envelope bag look more complete and cohesive.

1. Use two different sizes of dot stickers. Jing'er used 1.5 cm and 0.8 cm diameter ones. Previously, she used gold-colored dot stickers, but for the past two years she has preferred the kraft paper color.
2. Black and gold gel pens.
3. Light-colored Uni Milk (works really well)
4. Large and small red envelope bags.

Step 1: Start by attaching the larger stickers.

Step 2: Cut out a quarter of the smaller sticker to use as ears.

Step 3: Use a black pen to draw the facial expression. It's recommended to draw overlapping lines where the ears are so that they have a 3D effect and stand out more.

Step 1: Start by attaching the larger stickers.

Step 2: On another large sticker, cut out a small section, leaving a larger area, then attach it.

Step 3: Cut out a quarter of the smaller sticker to use as ears.

Step 4: Use a black pen to draw the facial expression.

Extended Applications

Now that you’ve learned how to attach the pig stickers—and yes, they’re super cute—putting them directly on the red envelope might seem a bit plain. Don’t worry!! Jing'er will now teach you a few tricks to help you create truly unique red envelope bags.

Attach Peppa Pig stickers and then write numbers like 2, 1, 9, etc.

Or draw fireworks around the edges using a gold pen.

Step 1: Start by attaching a piece of kraft-colored sticker.

Step 2: Find a black sticker of the same size, cut out the middle section, and attach it in the upper part. Then use a white milk pen to draw the eyes.

It’s recommended to first attach the pig’s head, then use a gold metallic pen to write the character “Spring,” and finally draw flowers and plants around it to symbolize springtime, giving off a fresh and cute vibe.

The use of gold elements will produce color changes depending on the angle.

The golden circles on the outside are made with a gold watercolor pencil. The color is super saturated and works great for crafting. Just be sure to wait for the gold watercolor to dry before writing your blessing message in black pen.

Yan Zai, who is 7 years old, can already independently create this kind of pig design.

Below is what Quan Quan did by herself—can you clearly see the eyes?
