Every Christmas, Tokyo Dome is an unmissable romantic destination, with hundreds of thousands of LED lights creating a magical sea of lights, making it one of Japan’s most romantic illuminated spots in winter. This year, “TOKYO DOME CITY Tokyo Dome City” began its winter makeover on November 9th, adopting a dessert-themed design to create a sweet wonderland of light.

This year’s Tokyo Dome illumination features a dessert theme, including a 6-meter-tall “Candy House” adorned with macarons and chocolate. Inside the house, various sweets and chocolates crafted by confectionery artisans will be displayed. Other popular light installations include the 140-meter-long light corridor “MILKY WAY” and the dome-shaped “Galaxy Dome.”

The “Shining Candy Garden” and “Macaron Tunnel” in the Crystal Avenue area are also must-see highlights. The candy garden features candies of various sizes floating on the water’s surface, while the ceiling is decorated with about 90 meters of pink-red lighting, creating a vibrant and colorful atmosphere.
