The Floral Spectrum Festival is more than just flowers—don’t miss these five must-photograph installation artworks

The largest autumn event in Taoyuan, the “Taoyuan Floral Spectrum Festival,” is being held sequentially across six districts: Yangmei, Zhongli, Luzhu, Daxi, Pingzhen, and Longtan. Since its opening, it has attracted over 470,000 visitors, with the Longtan district officially kicking off on November 11. In addition to the colorful and stunning flower seas, the exhibition area also features many fairytale-like installation artworks that shouldn’t be missed. Below is a list of the top five must-visit landscape artworks at the Floral Spectrum Festival. We recommend that visitors not only enjoy the flowers but also capture these unique artistic displays.

1. Longtan District – Dream of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Want to see a giant tree straight out of a fairy tale? Aside from the installation along the Melaleuca Trail at the Taoyuan Landscape Art Festival, there’s also a similar towering tree in the flower sea of the Longtan district. This installation artwork is titled “Dream of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” making it perfect for capturing magical photos.

2. Zhongli District – Sheep Led by Poetry
Following the 60 white sheep installation at Tainan’s Chihkan Tower, the Zhongli site of the Taoyuan Floral Spectrum Festival also features an installation artwork called “Sheep Led by Poetry,” designed by artist Tsai Kun-lin. It creatively presents 60 little sheep in a fairytale style that’s truly eye-catching.

3. Zhongli District – Heart-Shaped Installation
Also located at the Zhongli site, this heart-shaped installation artwork, with its red heart exterior, is perfect for couples to snap photos and check in. Paired with a vast field of uniquely styled little monkeys and flower seas, the overall landscape is quite magnificent.
