Discover Tamsui’s heritage all with one ticket!Starting July 1st, the New Taipei City Tamsui Heritage Museum will resume ticket sales at NT$80 per entry, allowing visitors to explore three top Tamsui heritage spots — Fort San Domingo, the Former British Consular Residence, and the Hobe Fort — in one go.Ticket holders can also enjoy discounts at over 40 affiliated stores located near these heritage sites, spanning various categories such as creative shops, bookstores, eateries, well-known souvenir stores, cafes, and hotels, offering tourists the most worthwhile experience when visiting Tamsui.

To provide better services, including the national historic site “Fort San Domingo,” which will soon celebrate its 370th anniversary, the popular wedding photo location in Tamsui — “the Former British Consular Residence (commonly known as the Little White House),” as well as the defensive structure “Hobe Fort,” initiated under the direction of Taiwan’s first governor, Liu Mingchuan, will start charging an affordable entrance fee that allows access to all three. Other heritage parks and cultural spaces remain free of charge.

Among those eligible for free admission are residents registered in New Taipei City, citizens aged 65 and above or under 12 years old, indigenous citizens aged 55 and above, people with disabilities and their accompanying persons, currently enrolled students at domestic schools, individuals holding low-income household certificates, and those with Volunteer Service Honor Cards.

In addition to visiting the heritage sites, each ticket also includes one discount at an affiliated shop. Perks range from 10% off meals or goods, gifts with qualifying purchases, complimentary room upgrades, and more.
